After the expiration of their previous contract and the release of "Encore", GOT7 reappears with their long-awaited comeback materialized in their twelfth mini studio album titled "GOT7".

In this new project, the members decided to use the group's name because they wanted to remember their roots and at the same time, change their image and brand by releasing music that fully represented them as individuals and as a team, allowing them to leave the past behind. "The visual concept of the album has references to a construction site to symbolize the new house that GOT7 is building for themselves and their fans, who are represented with the significant green color of the album cover.

Second selection albums are items that were previously opened to review their content. In this particular case, since the albums do not have elements on the outside that allow them to differentiate their covers, the products were opened to recognize their different versions.
